Terms and conditions

IVIA is a subscription service measuring brand visibility across artificial intelligence answer engines. These terms govern its use.

The service is provided by Shiftworks Unipessoal, Lda, tax number 519245970, based in Paços de Ferreira, Portugal, reachable at geral@shiftworks.pt.

Subscriptions are monthly or annual and renew automatically until cancelled. There is no lock-in period.

Every subscription starts with a seven-day trial: the card is registered at sign-up and the first charge happens on the eighth day. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.

All prices are shown excluding VAT. Applicable tax is determined by the subscriber's country and tax status, validated against VIES where applicable.

Cancellation is done by the subscriber, at any time, in the application's Billing area: the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for, with no further charge, and can be reactivated until that date. Annual subscriptions may additionally be refunded within the first fourteen days.

Non-payment suspends measurements after the grace period stated in the application, while read access to history and to payment method updates is retained.

AI models are not deterministic: the same question may produce different answers at different times. Measurements describe what was observed when they were taken and are no guarantee of future results or ranking.

IVIA measures and diagnoses; it does not modify your site nor interact with engines on your behalf.

The subscriber is responsible for holding legitimate rights over the domains and brands submitted for measurement.

We aim to keep the service continuously available, without guaranteeing freedom from interruption, including interruptions arising from maintenance or from failures of third parties on which the service depends.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for damages is limited to the amount paid by the subscriber in the twelve months preceding the event.

Portuguese law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, waiving any other, save where mandatory rules provide otherwise.
